There are currently four sports in the programme; BADMINTON, BASKETBALL, HANDBALL and TENNIS.
The focus within each of the SKILLZONE classes is to introduce and develop:
-Essential motor skills required for sport specific activity and play.
-Key interpersonal and life skills including, communication, sharing, listening, confidence and integrity.
-Sport specific technique & tactics relevant to this age group, rules, scoring and etiquette.
-Passion for sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyle.
