Club Rules:

Skillzone welcomes all junior members. We request that all members adhere to our club rules:

-Members are polite, friendly, fair, and kind to each other. 

-Members attend each session with a positive mindset, a willingness to co-operate and learn, and act in a safe and responsible manner.

Please ensure your child is familiar with these prior to attending their class.

Fees:

In order to secure your booking, fees are required to be paid in full prior to the class start date. (Fees will only be pro-rata when a student starts during a term).

Payment can be made via the ClassForKids online portal.

Refunds will not be given for non-attendance of a session, for holidays or other commitments. 

Refunds will not be issued to those who leave mid-term unless illness causes them to miss more than 50% of the scheduled classes in that term.

Social Media:

We must have your full consent to use images and videos of your child within our social media platforms.

The main purpose for posting videos and pictures of the Skillzone session content across our social media platforms is:

· Improvement of communication links and greater engagement with Parents/Guardians.

· Promote extended learning for other sports coaches, teachers and parents through posting relevant content.

· Promote the successes and development of the Skillzone club members to a wider audience.

· Allows parents to see what their children have been learning.

· Links to interesting articles will be shared in order to enhance learning opportunities for children and parents.

· No direct messages will be sent via social media and no direct messages will be replied to.

· Due care and consideration will be taken before posting across social media accounts.

Child protection: 

Our lead coaches are required to have the following qualifications/training in place prior to employment:

-Relevant National Governing Body coaching qualification

-PVG / Disclosure Scotland

-Safeguarding & Child Protection

-First-Aid
